MEMBERSHIPS

Members receive one massage each month at a reduced price (Texas Original or Deep Tissue, 50- or 80-minute options).

Additional massages can be purchased at your current member rate anytime.  

Each monthly drafted massage includes one complimentary add-on, such as magnesium or aromatherapy. 

If you miss a month, unused massage sessions roll over and remain active for 12 months as long as your account stays active and in good standing. 

Members receive 10% off specialty services, including:

• Reflexology
• Lymphatic Massage
• Sports Massage
• Couples Massage
• Prenatal Massage
      …and other extended or specialty treatments. 

Memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis and can be cancelled with proper notice.

Memberships are available in the following tiers:

• Texas Original (50 or 80 minutes) **
• Deep Tissue (50 or 80 minutes) **

Each tier includes one monthly massage and standard membership benefits.

•   Membership payments are drafted monthly from your credit card or ACH account.
• Your first payment will be drafted on the date you select and continue on the same day each month. 
• You agree to update the studio if your payment information changes.
• Failed payments may result in membership suspension or termination. 

We aim to keep memberships flexible and fair.

To cancel:

• A 30-day written notice is required by completing the studio cancellation form. 
• Any unused sessions at the time of cancellation may be used or converted to a gift card.
• Unused sessions must be used within 12 months of your final auto-payment. 
• Refunds are not provided for unused or forfeited sessions.

The studio may terminate a membership in cases of inappropriate conduct or repeated failed payments. 

As part of your membership:

• Appointments may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee up to the full cost of the session. 

This ensures fairness to both members and staff.

To stay compliant with Texas regulations:

• Membership rates may change with 30 days’ written notice. 
• Memberships are non-transferable except as outlined in the agreement.
• Texas Massage and Spa may assign or transfer its rights under the agreement as permitted by law. 
• All memberships follow applicable Texas and TDLR requirements.

Memberships must be set up in-person or over the phone with one of our studios.
